Sync token to secret store
Sync the virtual account token to the configured secret store. By default the write is skipped when the active jwt already matches the last successful sync (used by the rotation cron). Pass force=true to rewrite unconditionally. Returns the sync metadata including timestamp and error (if any).

Query Parameters
When true, rewrite the token to the secret store even if the active jwt was already synced. Defaults to false so periodic syncs stay idempotent.
